Description:The user harnesses the natural properties contained in his elements to gain a new element. This applies to advanced elements that require 2 basic ones only; the user cannot gain dust release or lightning release from this. If, say, the user had water and wind release, using this would give him ice release. The drawback to this is that the user loses the two component elements that he had, which must be retrained. In addition, this jutsu drains 150 chakra instead of the normal 75.

^No. This jutsu is simply mixing two elements together. Just because you are doing so, does not mean you are apart of the clan who has that special element.
