Seiton: Plasma Element

Name: Plasma element, Seiton
What It Creates: Creates plasma, which is highly energized gas-like matter.
Required Basic Elements: Katon and Raiton

What It Does: Plasma is an element that when generated with extreme heat, and is intangible unless hardened with some method. The user can choose between blue, green, red, yellow, and white, at any time.

Passive Uses:
- Glowing Body Streams
- Plasma Superiority
- Hot Physique
- Skilled Plasma User
- Sheer Burn
Description of Passive Uses:
- Glowing Body Streams: The user can coat his body with colorful streams (shown in appearance). These have no effect, no burn, and really not enough brightness to be applicable in combat, capable of making a weak light.

- Plasma superiority: The plasma absorbs katon and raiton jutsu of the same rank or below in power, raising its rank by one each time it does so.

- Hot Physique: The user gains an additional rank when taking defense from hyouton jutsu into account.

-Skilled Plasma User: the user is able to create variations of raiton and katon techs without knowing those techs in the first place. If he makes a plasma version of a limited tech (i.e. Kirin), that is also limited. S-rank or kage level only.

- Sheer Burn: The plasma damage can only be healed with medical chakra/techs a rank higher than the power of the plasma that caused the damage.

Requirements:
- Cannot have a third basic element
- Cannot have a second advanced element
- Juko clan
- Take katon and raiton as first two elements, in no particular order
