Name: Ketton: Blood element
What It Creates: Creates and controls blood.
Required Basic Elements: Water + (Yin/Yang, which is the basis of non-elemental techniques, so everyone has this)

Appearance:
What It Does: The user can only manipulate the blood generated from inside him. Due to the dominance over his bloodstream, the user is immune to all poisons D-rank and below; this increases to B-rank at jonin levels and above.

Passive Uses:
- Poison resistance (described above)
- Bleed-out immunity (below)
- Minor Blood Manipulation (below)
- Blood hardness (below)
- Can seal wounds quickly with clotted blood

Description of Passive Uses:
Bleed-out immunity: The user can generate blood at a controllable rate, and so can't die from blood loss.

Minor Blood Manipulation: The user can manipulate his blood in a 1 meter radius around him. The stats of said blood are given below.

Blood Hardness: The user can harden and de-harden his blood at will, and the weapon stat of said blood is equal to his/her rank.
Chakra costs: Genin (D-Rank cost) Chuunin (C-Rank Cost) Jounin (B-Rank cost) Kage/Sannin (A-Rank cost)

Requirements: Akano clan

I'm assuming the member will be using Chakra to generate the blood. Give me a Chakra cost for generating blood.

Is there a Chakra cost for manipulating and hardening the blood?

I don't think the hardening should be a passive use. At S-Rank the member will have S-Rank armor basically without using up Chakra. This is why I asked the question above.
