Description: The user and another willingly form a handshake, or grasp each others forearms. The initiator of the contract must have his sharingan at level 3 active, and be in direct eye contact with the other party. The initiator will put forth his part of the contract, and then the other party. Both users must agree to the terms of the contract, after which they are bound by it. Neither user may break the terms of the contract, unless the other party willingly agrees to (i.e. genjutsu cannot be used to force an agreement). If either user is unsatisfied with the terms of the contract, they may chose to not go through with it, and the two users MUST let go of each other's arms.

(Note:The main point of the jutsu was to provide a plot thing so that Kozai could promise a CERTAIN PERSON not to do certain actions and to work toward etc., so on and so forth.)

Explain what the contracts can do. If someone does break the agreement, what happens? And detail the overall point of this Jutsu.

I'm pretty sure that I already said that they physically cannot break the terms of the contract, and are regulated by said terms. The main point of the jutsu was to provide a plot thing so that Kozai could promise a CERTAIN PERSON not to do certain actions and to work toward etc., so on and so forth.

Include that into the desc. please. Also, care to explain why they are physically trapped for eternity? If that is so, might need to bump the rank up. An eternity Genjustsu is extremely powerful.

Alright will do. Keep in mind that both users enter into the contract voluntarily. If one of them says "fuck this, I'm not doing this", then the initializer cannot force him to enter into the contract. Also, each partner is bound by the rules that the other sets for him, so it's not one-sided in any way.
