Name: Light element, Hikariton
What It Creates: Light, I guess.
Required Basic Elements: Lightning, Water

Appearance:
What It Does: Light is not physical, and is not matter. It has a source, and its strength decreases with distance. Its colors can vary, at times even passing into the invisible.

Minor Light generation (detailed below)
Elemental properties (detailed below)
Vision (detailed below)
Description of Passive Uses:
Minor Light Generation: The user can generate a sphere of light in his/her hand, which only has the lumen intensity of a moderately strong flashlight, not nearly bright enough to blind anyone.

Elemental Properties: Hikariton gains a rank-up bonus against darkness, shadow, and jutsu/chakra from those sources. (So if the jutsu would be A-rank strength, the power against, say, Yami no Seigyo would be S.)

Vision: The user can see perfectly fine (without color) in natural darkness. This is ineffective in jutsu-generated darkness or genjutsu.
Requirements: Lightning element, water element, be related to someone with Yami no Seigyo, be Hikari.
