Description:The user's Mangekyou Sharingan is now so powerful as to fire a concentrated blast of chakra that has a variety of optional effects.

The blast takes the form of a laser-like beam that can vary from the size of a senbon, to a straight energy weapon .6m long. The user can have at most 3 of these at a time. These can be created in 3-tomoe mode.

The spears can be detonated, causing an explosion of S-rank strength. They can also be wielded with expert proficiency.

Alternatively, the beams can also teleport a target directly into Niflheim. If a beam strikes a target the user does not intend to teleport, then the teleport does not occur.

Whenever a teleport is successful, the user loses 5 post counters, as normal.
Extra Information: Must have Kozai's right MS eye. Every 9 beams, chakra cost kicks in.

First lets start off with the top: This is a very vague MS technique and in my own opinion should not be allowed, but for the sake of giving something a chance i will work with this. First off this memory, you can rewrite,read, modify and erase memories with no resistance to it. This needs to be fixed, secondly how is this a MS technique? I do not see how you can rewrite anyone's memories by going "oh i am going to stare at you and now you remember what i want you to" at the most this should be a medical ninjutsu or fuuninjutsu technique and nothing less than that.

Next, this paralysis is a no-no, once again it is missing the resistance on it and you are trying to stop a person from moving. This in itself should be a Genjutsu and i am asking that it be made as such or removed from this particular technique.

When these things are fixed i will come back and go through the rest of it.
