Description:The user is able to control the momentum of one target. For example, if Kozai tosses a large rock at someone, he is able to increase or decrease the momentum of said rock.

The momentum of an object can be increased up to 2x, and decreased to 0x. The user must be able to see the target in order to control its momentum.

The target must actually have momentum to be controlled, obviously. The user can affect one target in his field of vision.


Extra Information: Every 2 uses, the chakra cost kicks in. Must have Kozai's left mangekyou eye.

Gonna straight up say this: No.

Take out where it says you can control up to three targets after you master the tech. You're getting this free without any work due to your MS. And don't say "oh, but I'm using counters" because that won't work anymore. If you get EMS somehow then this won't cost ANY counters and that won't be pretty. And the range? 1 km? No, you need to majorly decrease that.
